Customer Service Rep

Starting Pay $15/hr (Full Time)

We are looking for a professional, friendly and responsible individual who will be acting as a liaison between customers and field technicians. This position will help assist with orders, complaints, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, scheduling and other inquiries. Must be comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks^®.

Job Requirements

Must have a working knowledge of multiple computer programs, including knowledge of QuickBooks^®, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Resolve customer complaints via phone and email
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Assist with placement of orders, warranty issues or cancellations
Take payment information and other pertinent information
Multitask in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer
Customer service experience – minimum of 6 months
Must have a stable work history
Verify customer and order information for correctness
Scheduling for technicians

Qualifications

Must be able to independently prioritize and multitask several functions at once
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with specific deadlines
Must be an excellent team player and willing to assist others as needed
Must have a professional and friendly attitude with customers, vendors, and co-workers
Minimum of a high school diploma
Must be dependable, organized and capable of detailed record keeping
Must have good oral and written communication skills
Must have the ability to follow directions

Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimal supervision
Ability to interact positively with customers, peers and supervisors
Professional and articulate voice
Must be able to use multiple computer applications
